How often do I have to water? |

 CocoMoss Planters have a remarkable ability to hold moisture, while at the same time allowing any excess water to escape through the bottom of the liner. Our tests have shown that under normal growing temperatures and conditions, an Austram planter in its early stages requires no more frequent watering than any ordinary plastic basket, (usually just once a day) and sometimes even less. Because plant growth is improved however, the larger the plant gets the more water it will require. On windy or exceptionally hot dry days, hanging baskets in general will tend to dry out more quickly, often requiring an extra watering. |
